To inquire about a tattoo and set up a consultation, please fill out the form below and we will connect you with you preferred tattoo artist! A few things to keep in mind:

• To help you decide which tattoo artist you’d like to work, please check out the artist portfolios.

• If you do not know who you’d like to work with, just describe the project and we can make a recommendation.

• Distortion Society does not have a central booking system - every artist books themselves. We will connect you with your artist for pricing, availability, consultation and appointments.

• We offer walk-ins for small tattoos and pre-drawn flash if there is artist availability that day. You may call (845) 202-0680 to check availability or simply come in! Every artist prices walk-ins differently.
